Agreement:

At Espino’s Pet Salon we will always be attentive to answer all the questions that you may have, we make sure to use the proper technique to work with your pet and use the best products for the complete satisfaction of our customers. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you be punctual on the day of your appointment and if it is necessary to cancel, do so in advance, as well as seek regular services for your pet every 4 to 6 weeks. The dog must appear HEALTHY, females must NOT be in heat, they should NOT be recovering from any surgery, take into consideration that the post-surgery recovery time depends on each pet and that this information is provided by your veterinarian.
Possible charges PER pet reserved:
1.-For the good of your pet and to respect the time of other clients, Punctuality is Required. Every minute is important in the canine aesthetic service and working with a living being requires time and patience.
In the case arriving later than 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and there will be a charge representing the hour reserved and lost.
2.- Canceling your appointment must be made in advance to avoid any charges. This has to be ONE business day before your appointment and NO LATER than 10:00AM. Take into consideration that if your appointment is on a Monday, your cancellation must be made on Saturday BEFORE 10:00AM.  SUNDAYS, Espinos Pet Salon is CLOSED.
3.- The charge for Late Cancellation, will be canceling from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, one day before your appointment. This charge represents 50% of the cost of the canceled servicie. Sending a cancellation message is enough for our records and at that time it will become effective. If your message does not especify the word “cancel” it will not be taken as such. Changing your appointment will not be possible within the same month. This in order to give the same reservation opportunity to all our current clients and new clients, since we have a limited number of reservations.
4.- Last Minute Cancellation: When you cancel the day before your appointment after 3:00 PM and/or do not show up for your appointment, a charge will be made. This will represent the Full Cost of the requested Service.
Charges for Late Cancellations or Last Minute Cancellations; in the case of a current client, you can settle these charges on your next visit. For new clients, you would have to settle your debt before re-booking an appointment.
5.-The price given by phone or text is just a approximate, based on the description that you have provided us, but the final price will be given at the moment we see  and touch your pet. Price will be determined  according to the weight, coat condition or breed. Take into consideration that dead hair, knots, fleas, ticks or extreme dirt will always apply for extra charges. In any case, you will decide when we provide your total at reception if you will want us to proceed to do the service to your pet or decline permanently without a problem.
 6.- For the safety of your pet and the groomer, dogs that have behavioral problems (aggressive, problems) and/or have health problems, will NOT be attended. In case the pet does not allow us to work on the grooming table or we detect any problems with health, skin, vomiting, diarrhea, females in HEAT, etc… We will be forced to stop with the service.
7.- For the moment we accept CASH ONLY as a form of payment. Therefore, we recommend asking for the total of the servicie before leaving your pet with us. 
8.- The average time for our grooming service is ONE to TWO hours, in dogs under 25 pounds in regular conditions. However, at the time of leaving your pet with us, your groomer will provide you with the time that you can pick up your pet. If a time is not provided, please feel free to ask him/her. Please, let’s be attentive and work as a team for the benefit of the pet; do not prolong your pets visit unnecessarily to the time given to be picked up. Our pets will always feel better and safer at home. In the rare event that we have any delay in the service, we will  be sure to contact you to keep you informed in a timely manner.
9.- The time to pick up your pet will always be before our closing hours. At Espinos Pet Salon our grooming service hours are ONLY by Appointment. Each minute of waiting after closing hours will represent on a $1 fee. For example, if you show up 30 minutes after closing, this will represent in a $30 fee.
 All this information provided to you prior to and/or at the time of making your appointment is for the sole purpose of avoiding  any charges and/or inconveniences. Also trying to be as clear as possible for the respect you deserve. We appreciate your trust.
